Kristy brings a thoughtful blend of operational expertise and people-centered insight to our team. She is passionate about designing processes and systems that create clarity, efficiency, and sustainability—and equally committed to helping teams and leaders do their best work.
She thrives on guiding projects from inception through successful completion, with a keen eye for both innovation and practical execution. Kristy’s career spans more than three decades and includes roles as a various marketing and sales roles at AT&T, a professional coach, a virtual assistant, and, for the past seven years, a key contributor in nonprofit management consulting.
Kristy holds an MBA and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt in process improvement. In addition to her consulting work, she is a writer and the author of a published memoir.
Kristy keeps the wheels turning and the details from flying off the bus. As our Executive Assistant and appointed Chaos Coordinator, she brings equal parts structure, strategy, and calm to the fast-moving world of Castro Concepts. From streamlining operations to keeping projects and people aligned, Kristy has a talent for creating order without losing the human touch.
Kristy is often the steady hand behind the scenes making sure great ideas actually happen—and happen well. Around here, we like to say that if it’s organized, thoughtful, and somehow still fun, Kristy probably had something to do with it.
