About Eugene
Eugene supports mission-driven organizations through growth, transition, and change. With more than two decades of experience across operations in K-12 education, public affairs, and nonprofit leadership, he helps leaders move from big ideas to practical plans that can be put into action.
Eugene brings a calm and collaborative presence to complex work. He helps teams clarify what feels unclear, focus on the right priorities, and build simple tools and structures that support implementation. Our clients appreciate his ability to listen closely, ask useful questions, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on support.
His work spans internal systems, nonprofit development operations, and talent strategy and processes. Working at the intersection of strategy, people, systems, and execution, he helps organizations create the alignment, structure, and momentum needed to sustain meaningful change. He is especially energized by work that supports equity, learning, community impact, and stronger organizations.
Outside of work, Eugene enjoys travel, music, yoga, cycling, and exploring the connections between people, place, and purpose.
Eugene works alongside our Strategic Operations team to help clients tackle organizational challenges, strengthen operations, and lead change effectively. He brings a practical, people-centered approach to improving systems, supporting teams, and helping organizations move important priorities forward with confidence and care.
